Theraputic Massage
I am passionate about helping clients improve their overall well being by addressing common muscle and movement concerns. With a focus on major joints, especially the neck, shoulders, hips, and feet, I tailor each session to provide effective, targeted relief. Initial visits include a full body assessment to identify problem areas and guide personalized treatment.
A key part of my approach is empowering clients to maintain healthy body mechanics between sessions. Through simple, personalized guidance and at home practices, I support long term improvement and independence. My goal is to give you the tools to manage discomfort confidently and return for support as needed.
It is a privilege to support clients through pain, recovery, and everyday movement challenges, and I am grateful for the trust placed in my care.

Lymphatic Drainage
Until recently, the lymphatic system was often grouped with the circulatory system. In recent years, it has gained recognition as its own vital system that plays a key role in overall health. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system does not have a pump like the heart and depends on regular body movement to keep fluid flowing. When movement is limited or the system is stressed, lymph flow can slow, leading to swelling, discomfort, fatigue, or other symptoms.
My role is to gently encourage lymph fluid to move through the body’s natural drainage pathways. I use safe, specialized techniques to support the elimination of cellular waste and reduce congestion. Because lymphatic work is not appropriate for everyone, I take time to discuss your health history and ensure this therapy is a good fit for your body. My goal is to help you feel lighter, supported, and moving comfortably.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage
The day you find out you are pregnant is one of the most joyful and overwhelming moments of your life. Once the news spreads, advice will come from every direction. From old wives’ tales to dramatic birth stories, it can quickly become too much to process on your own.
I am here to help you navigate the physical challenges of a growing body. My goal is to help you move, rest, and sleep as comfortably as possible during this magical time. I take your needs and the needs of your growing baby into account, asking questions and researching as needed to be a trusted part of your prenatal care team.
After birth, I can support your recovery, helping restore strength, reduce tension, and address the new challenges of your changing body. I walk alongside you with massage tailored to your stage of parenthood, offering care and support while you focus on feeding and raising your child. My aim is to provide a little relief and restoration so you can feel your best during this transformative time.

Pre-Surgery and Post-Surgery Massage
There is no way to sugar-coat it—surgery is hard on your body and affects nearly every system. I have extensive knowledge of the body and use massage to support your health before surgery. My goal is to help your tissues stay relaxed and ready, giving your body the best chance to handle the effects of anesthesia and surgery.
After surgery, I can support your recovery starting just a few days after you return home. I focus on areas not directly affected by surgery and gradually work toward scar care and connective tissue flexibility. Massage can help you release tension and promote relaxation throughout your healing process. I work alongside your medical team to ensure you receive safe, effective, and personalized post-surgery care.

Reiki Offering
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that works with the universal life force energy present in all living and non-living things. This energy, sometimes called life force or divine energy, can be directed to the body, relationships, or even animals in need of extra care. Reiki is guided by intention and can help promote balance, healing, and harmony.
Similar to visualization or manifestation, Reiki channels energy with focused attention to support health and well-being. It is often used in hospitals to help patients manage pain and recover more effectively. Reiki is accessible to anyone and is not tied to any religion.
With my Level II Reiki certification, I offer this energy to those who are open and receptive, either in person or remotely. Reiki cannot be given without permission, as the recipient must be willing to receive the energy.
Sessions are available with a one-hour minimum and are designed to support relaxation, healing, and overall wellness. I would be honored to share this focused care and intention with you or someone you love.
